Sidenor Holdings SA, formerly Sidenor SA, a member of Viohalco Group, is a Greece-based company engaged in the production and sale of steel construction and industrial products and steel pipes. It has two business segments, namely: Steel Construction and Industrial Products, as well as Steel Pipe Products. The Companys activities are divided into five main product categories: Molten Steel Products, including billets, slabs and blooms; Steel Long Products, including concrete reinforcing steel in bars, coils, mesh and cages, lattice girders, merchant bars and wire rod; Pipes and Hollow Sections, including pipes for oil, gas and water, as well as pipes and hollow sections for construction; Flat Products, including steel plates, and Downstream Steel Products, including wire products and concrete reinforcing steel fibers, special steels and steel by-products recycling. On October 31, 2012, it spin-off the industrial sector to Depal SA.
