Our company owns six mills including sintering mill, iron-making mill, steel-making mill, steel-rolling mill, pipes mill and motive mill as well as other 17 departments and one provincial enterprise technology center. With a coverage of 1650000㎡, total assets of 5 billion RMB and more than 4500 staff and employees, the company mainly produces 10 series of products including high-quality carbon structural steel, alloy structural steel, round billets for casing and tubing, steel used for oil pumping bars, marine steel for ship anchor chain, spring steel, bearing steel, carbon tool steel, oil casing pipe and line pipe, etc. It has an annual production capacity of 2 million tons of special steel bars and pipes.
Bearing steel, high-quality steel and steel used for high strength bolts produced by Juneng have obtained honorary Famous Products of Shandong Province. Marine steel for ship anchor chain has got certificates of 8 countries including LR of Britain, NK of Japan, ABS of America, DNV of Norway, BV of France, GL of Germany, KR of South Korea and CCS of China. Tube billets for middle or high pressure furnace, bearing steel, hot-rolling reinforced bar with ribs and seamless pipes have obtained the manufacturing certificate issued by National Quality Supervision and Inspection General Administration. Seamless pipes also got API certificate and the supplier certificate of CNPC and SINOPEC. In addition, Juneng is the key enterprise of China petroleum equipment industrial base. Our special steel products have been placed in the importantly developing metallurgical products series of Shandong Province “12th Five-Year Plan”. Our products have been exported to many countries and areas such as Japan, South Korea, Middle East, Europe, America and Africa, and are widely used in agricultural machinery, petroleum, chemical industry, railway, mining, automobile, shipbuilding and other mechanical processing or manufacturing industry. The company is the largest production base of special steel in Shandong Province.
