RathGibson, Inc. (RathGibson), through its subsidiaries is engaged manufacturing of engineered premium stainless steel and alloy tubular products. It sells over 1,000 products globally, including chemical/petrochemical processing and power generation, energy, food, beverage and pharmaceuticals, and general commercial. It has four segments: Wisconsin, New Jersey, Louisiana and Arkansas. Straight tubing products are manufactured primarily in the Wisconsin (welded) and Arkansas (seamless) plants and coiled tubing products are manufactured primarily in the New Jersey plant. Its Louisiana segment is primarily a distribution facility where a significant portion of its products are purchased from the New Jersey segment. On February 27, 2008 the Company acquired Mid-South Control Line, Inc. In July 2009, the Company announced that they have begun reorganization proceedings under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
