We’ve built international advanced standard research center in China. Our light-steel construction products award “Certificate of National Kion to investment of technique and received title of High-tech Entey New Product” by the State Scientific and Technological Commission and “Applied and Promotive Certificate of New-tech and New Product”. Our scientific research project“Applied technique for light-steel construction”awarded “Certificate of the State Scientific Result” by the State Scientific and Technological Commission, the first, second and the third completion person are all at principal position of our company. In Oct 2006, we set up post doctoral scientific research workstation which authorized by the State Ministry of Personnel.
The company has passed the HSE comprehensive authentication (health and safety, environment, quality), and set up perfect management system of quality, environmental and occupational health and safety. Among, the large span store material dome, big span conveying trestle, single and multi-layer and high-rise steel structure building system framework is extremely unique products.
Spherical dome shed for stockpile of our company is applied to many industries, such as cement, coal, power plant and chemical engineering etc., of which production per year is 200 thousand㎡. Shed for 200 thousand tons coal stockpile of HuoLinhe with diameter 133m and height 70m gained the big award of China construction steel structure gold medal in 2007, and CCTV-1 news broadcast reported the project which is also the biggest dome shed for stockpile in Asia. Until now, more than 100 sheds for stockpile of our company are under construction or have been completed in china; the largest span 138 meters and also several other sheds for stockpile are under construction in abroad, such as: India, Colombia, Turkey, Pakistan, the Philippines.
Our production of conveying belt trestle(maximum span 80m and maximum height 65m) per year is 5km and our productive force for it is 15-20km. There are three kinds of conveying belt trestle, whole sealing truss trestle, and another one is semi-closed belt trestle.
