The first factory,Huangshi Fangyuan Special Steel Works was establised in 1991 in Huangshi,Hubei,China,which has more than 70 acres and around 20000 tons of annual output for various types of tool steels. It owns a series of state-of-art production equipments such as Electric Arc Furnaces, Medium Frequency Induction Furnace, Electro-Slag Furnace, Forging Machines, Mill Machines, Turned Machines ,heat treatment devices and complete quality inspection system like ultrasonic inspection, multi-functional toughness inspection, metallographic test, spectrograph.All the products must pass 100% ultrasonic inspection, physical experiment and data analysis of chemical composition twice for controling the best quality of our products in the whole process strictly.
