In 1940 the company was set up. In 1957 it was reorganized as a limited company. Then it set up brick factory in Kaohsiung, machinery factory in Taipei. Casting factory was established in 1960. 1962 the company was reorganized as a provincial-owned enterprise. Construction factory was founded in 1967.
