Siderar S.A.I.C.

Siderar SAIC is an Argentina-based company engaged in the development of flat and long steel products. The Companys product portfolio include hot rolled, cold rolled, hot dip galvanized, electrogalvanized, pre-painted and tinplate steel sheet products, among others. The Company operates seven manufacturing centers located in the provinces of Buenos Aires, San Luis, Santa Fe, Ramallo, Ensenada, Haedo, Florencio Varela and Canning. In addition, its products are exported to Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay and Uruguay. As of December 31, 2012, the Company owned fully consolidated subsidiaries Prosid Investments SCA, Inversiones Basilea SA and Impeco SA, as well as minor stakes in other companies. In addition, Ternium Internacional Espana SL was its majority shareholder.
