Established in 2004, Shanghai Sunzone Steel Pipe Group Co., Ltd is located in the State Level Industrial Park of Shanghai Jinshan Nonferrous High-Tech Industrial Park. In their 20,000 square meter workshop, Shanghai Sunzone specializes in the manufacture of seamless stainless steel tubes and pipes with annual production capacity of more than 12,000 MT, SINOPEC, CNPC and CNOOC have confirmed Shanghai Sunzone as their regular supplier.
Shanghai Sunzone has both consummate seamless stainless steel tube production facilities and complete inspection facilities. Cold-rolling production lines, high precision cold-drawn production lines, straightening production lines make up their big, medium, and small OD seamless stainless steel tube production lines. Shanghai Sunzone also has technical centers for chemical analysis,mechanical
tests, metallographic tests, hydraulic tests, ultra-sonic tests, eddy-current tests, PMI and hardness tests, to ensure product quality.
Shanghai Sunzone can produce stainless steel pipes, such as 304/304L, 304H, 316/ 316L, 321, 321H, 317/317L, 347/347H, 310S, etc. according to the standards of GB, ASTM/ASME, DIN, EN 10216-5 and JIS. Their seamless stainless steel pipes and tubes have outer diameters ranging from 10mm to 530mm, thickness from 1 to 30mm, and maximum lengths of 16m. Shanghai Sunzone has obtained TUV NORD ISO9001 quality system certification,TUV NORD PED certification and a National Special Type Facility Manufacture License.
