Our products are available in a wide range of steel grades, such as carbon steel like 1045, 1020 and S355J2G3, nickel steel like 4340, 39CrNiMo3 and 34CrNiMo6, tool steel like D2, P20 and H13, structural steel like 42CrMo4, EN19 and 4118, stainless steel like 420, spring steel like 9260 and 6150, bearing steel like EN31 etc.
Being rich in its variety, our products meet the customers’ all kinds of needs, including forged round bar, square bar and plate, open-die forgings, forged shaft, roll, cylinder and pipe, mandrel, basic shaft, cutter shaft and transmission shaft, working roll, back-up roll and leveller roll, by the size of dia.80-1000mm. All stages of production, from melting through to the final product, are conducted in-house.
To certify the high quality, our mill and products have already been appproved by ISO 9001:2000, CCS (China Classification Society), GL (Germanischer Lloyd)，LR (Lloyd’s Register) and KR (Korean Register of Shipping). At present, our products have been widely exported to USA, UK, Germany, Italy, Argentina, Korea, Australia, South Africa, Sweden and India, more than 20 countries and regions.
Our outstanding quality, efficiency and speedy have been gotten our customer’s high appreciation which are greatly due to our full-equipped facilities and high-standard technical staff. On the production line, there are streamline equipment including two sets of 50t Electric Arc Furnace (EAF), two sets of 60t LF refining furnaces, one set of 60t vacuum degassing refining furnace, four sets of 1-20t electroslag remelting furnaces, four sets of high-speed forging units of 800t, 1600t, 2000t and 4500t and three sets of 5t electro-hydraulic hammers. Also, there are all sorts of facilities to test the chemical component, mechanical properties and other technical data, such as Spectrograph, Microscope, Cupping machine and -60℃ low-temperature impact testing machine etc.
