Polska Grupa Odlewnicza SA is a Poland-based company active in the production of iron castings. Among the Companys products are grey irons ductile cast irons, alloy cast irons, abrasion-resistant cast irons, high-alloy irons and low-alloy cast irons, among others. The Companys steel castings are manufactured from structural cast carbon steels; abrasion-resistant, heat-resisting and creep-resisting structural alloy cast steels; as well as from low-alloy cast steels. In addition, the offer of the Company includes: the manufacturing and adapting wooden, resin and metal patterns; services like machining and heat treatment; as well as services for constructions; and laboratory services. Polska Grupa Odlewnicza Capital Group consists of Polska Grupa Odlewnicza SA, Odlewnia Zeliwa Srem SA and Pioma-Odlewnia Sp z o o. On August 14, 2014, TDJ SA, an indirect majority shareholder of the Company, took over control of Fugo SA, Famak SA and Fugo Odlew Sp z o o (FUGO Group).
