Mariupol’s’kyi metalurhiinyi kombinat im. Illicha PAT (Mariupol’s’kyi MK im.Illicha PAT or Ojsc Ilyich Iron And Steel Works Of Mariupol) is a Ukraine-based company involved in the steel industry. The Company is engaged in the production of steel basic products, such as iron ore sinter for iron production, pig iron, granulated slag and screened into size ranges crushed stone, ferroalloys, cast and rolled slabs, hot-rolled products including pickled and cold-rolled products in coils and sheets, cold-rolled steel in coils and sheets, steel strip, seamless and welded pipes and others. The Company exports its products to the Commonwealth of Independent States countries, Middle East, Asia, the European Union, Africa, as well as Latin and Northern America. As of December 31, 2011, the Companys major shareholder was Metinvest B.V. with a stake of 74.65%.
