The current range of Products include, Austenitic, Martensitic, Ferritic, Free Machining Stainless steels, hot work tool steels in the form of Flats and straight length Black and Bright round bars for wide range of applications, free machining, cold heading and fasteners, ball manufacturing, shafts, architectural, building & construction and various industrial and engineering applications. Flat application is mainly for manufacturing of sheets & circles for wide range of products.
The Flagship company of the UCM Group,Mangalam Alloys Ltd. was established in 1988 and subsequently registered as a Public Company in 1995. It has weathered tough economic tides with its mat flying high. Mangalam Alloys Ltd. , is a Stainless Steel melting unit with an installed capacity of 18000 TPA. This company is an integrated stainless steel plant having melting shop, rolling mill, heat treatment shop, Bright Bar, Bright Forge Bar & a Fastener unit.
The unit has melting capacity of 30000 TPA, Rolling capacity of 54000 TPA, annealing capacity of 18000 TPA & Bright Bar manufacturing capacity of 12000 TPA, Forge Bar manufacturing capacity of 5000 TPA and 600 TPA manufacturing capacity for Fasteners. The Annual turnover through these products will be INR 1700 million.
