Yevraz Metall Inprom OAO, previously Inprom OAO, is a Russia-based company engaged in the steel industry. It was created as result of merge process of YevrazMetall OOO and Inprom OAO. The Company specializes in the manufacture and distribution of steel products, such as steel fittings, wire, steel rolled items and pipes, among others. The Company operates through six subsidiaries and one affiliated company, as well as 46 branches, located domestically. As of September 21, 2012, the Companys major shareholder was CASSAR WORLD INVESTMENTS CORPORATION with a stake of 63.82%.
