The ANGELO ZANI & C. was founded in 1939 by brothers Angelo and Argante Zani, it appears to be the trading company of Emilia Romagna that the most time working in the engineering sector in the range of special steels and irons drawn. Founded in 1939 in Viale Pietramellara in Bologna in 1953 moves offices and warehouse in Via Malvasia and in 1972 moved to its present location in Via dell’Arcoveggio 72 (Exit 6 bypass Bo), which proved later commercially strategic point in the map of Bologna. CIAS ACCIAI was founded in 1959 by the idea of its founder, Comm. Luigi Pazzaglia, industrial bolognese in the vending machine industry, with the aim of providing an efficient commercial service the growing needs of the mechanical room in great excitement. Centro Servizi Metalli was founded to serve the “Italian Food Valley” and has further expanded its activity in Europe, up to three production units in Italy (Reggio Emilia), Poland (Gliwice) and France (Lyon). The group also has two sales offices in Germany and one in Belgium.
