Burwill Holdings Limited (Burwill) is an investment holding company. The principal activities of the Company are steel trading, steel processing, and mineral resources exploration and development. Burwill operates through three segments: steel trading, steel processing and mineral resources. The Company’s steel trading segment is involved in international steel trading. The steel processing segment consists of Burwill’s steel processing operations, which are conducted through various subsidiaries, including Burwill Steel Pipes Limited and Dongguan Hingwah Metals Factory Limited. The mineral resources segment includes its investments in various mineral resource companies. The Company has assets, such as mining rights and properties at the Shandong Magnetite Iron Ore Mine. Burwill also holds an approximate 70.12% interest in Tai Xin Minerals Limited. The Company also owns a shipping company to handle shipments of Burwill’s steel trading.
