Cangzhou Qieernuo Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., situated at Wugang Road, Yanshan County, Hebei Province, was founded in 2005, covering an area of 32,000 square meters, with a construction area of 8,000 square meters. In possession of complete and efficient quality management system and quality guarantee system, the company passed the ISO9001 Quality System certification in February, 2006, operating the API5L and API5CT certification on a trial basis in 2008. With the total investment of RMB 20 million, the company possesses three advanced heat-expansion production lines, implementing GB\8163, GB\8162 and GB\3087 standards. The large-scaled seamless piercing production line, under the preparation, has a production capacity of various specifications of thick-wall seamless steel pipes, expected to launch by the end of this year.

Cangzhou Spiral Steel Pipe Group (CSSPG) Co., Ltd. is a large-sized, key metallurgic enterprise of Hebei Province in North China. It was formed in 2000 on the basis of Cangzhou Spiral Steel Pipe Co. Ltd, whose history dates back to 1994. CSSPG currently embraces six member companies with products varying from SSAW, LSAW, ERW, seamless steel pipes to 3PE pipes, galvanized pipes, casing pipes, etc. A Joint-stock corporation, CSSPG occupies an area of 600,000 square meters with a total asset of $530 million. It has an annual output of 600,000 tons of spiral steel pipes, 300,000 tons of LSAW, and 200,000 tons of seamless steel pipes.
