Acerias Paz del Rio SA is a Colombia-based company primarily engaged in the iron and steel industry. The Company’s activities include the exploration, exploitation, transformation, transport, distribution and sale of iron, limestone and carbon, as well as the manufacturing of steel products and derivates used in the industrial, metallurgical, construction and agricultural sectors. Its product portfolio includes iron and steel drawn rods, steel bars and corrugated rolls, laminated steel sheets, angle profiles, coils and metallurgical coke, as well as such by-products as coal, tar crude and ammonium sulphate, among others. In addition, the Company is a member of the Votorantim Group. The Company owns two subsidiaries Minas Paz del Rio SA and Inversiones Paz del Rio Ltda.
