Acos Villares SA

Acos Villares SA is a Brazil-based company principally engaged in the production and export of long steel. It has industrial plants located in the municipalities of Pindamonhangaba, Mogi das Cruzes and Sorocaba, which are located in the state of Sao Paulo. As of December 31, 2009, the Company’s subsidiaries were Sidenor Villares Rolling Mill Rolls SL, which operates in Spain, and Villares Corporation of America, which operates in the United States. On February 2, 2011, the Company was incorporated by Gerdau SA and, as a result of this incorporation, it was delisted from Brazilian stock exchange on February 4, 2011.
